A premier entertainment and golfing venue in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Guest Check-In Agent to enhance guest experiences. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage reservations and payments efficiently. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours, contributing to creating memorable moments for guests through engaging interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
