Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Austin seeks energetic Front Desk Associates to warmly greet members and guests, scan IDs, answer calls, and resolve questions. You will update accounts and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby while supporting other departments as needed.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor. This on-site role requires flexibility for shifts and a commitment to member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related experience.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, sitting, constantly walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above and below shoulder height
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs at a time
