A Typical Day at Our Front Desk

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses. You are the first point of contact for residents and guests, embodying the 'heart' of the property and earning their appreciation. Your duties include welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, handling calls, requests, and deliveries.

Your goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth operations by communicating effectively with team members, management, and residents/guests.
  • Use property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries.
  • Coordinate contractor visits and real estate showings.
  • Remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Manage access for residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Respond promptly to requests, calls, and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Engage positively with residents.

We seek candidates who work well independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A welcoming demeanor and good eye contact are essential. The position pays $16.25 per hour, with interviews scheduled for Monday to Friday, 4-8 pm.
