Pay is $18.00 per hour for part-time weekend shifts.

A typical day at our front desks…

As a Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests. You will monitor the lobby, handle calls and requests, and manage deliveries, ensuring residents feel welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with team members, management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Receiving and signing for deliveries following property-specific procedures.
  • Facilitating contractor, realtor, and visitor access.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Responding promptly to resident requests and inquiries.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents.
