Alameda Properties is seeking a Front Desk Associate / Night Auditor to welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and support daily hotel operations at Fairfield by Marriott properties in the Lake Oswego area.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with reservations, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality across lobby and public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Secure payment; verify and adjust billing as needed.
• Provide guests with room info, directions, amenities and local interests.
• Respond to guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Run and review reports relevant to front desk operations.
• Communicate with staff and the next shift to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Answer phones and take reservations.
• Maintain lobby, pool, fitness rooms, and other common areas.
