Job Description:

As a Front Desk Associate at D1, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the facility. Your duties include answering customer service questions, monitoring entry and exit, and assisting with daily operations.

Success in this role requires reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, high energy, professionalism, and the ability to connect authentically with members. You should also be able to multitask and manage your schedule effectively to meet daily objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete opening and closing checklists
  • Assist members with inquiries and support
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to recruiters and management
  • Check clients into workouts and verify attendance
  • Maintain supplies in bathrooms and cleaning areas
  • Stock and organize the fridge, shelves, and gear displays
  • Process ancillary purchases via MINDBODY
  • Perform daily social media tasks
  • Ensure the workout area and facility are tidy and prepared
  • Walk through turf and weight room to maintain cleanliness
  • Vacuum the weight room
  • Restock food, drinks, and gear supplies
  • Greet everyone entering the facility
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Confirm and check out scheduled appointments
  • Keep the front desk and lobby organized
  • Check voicemail and direct messages appropriately
Job Details:

Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Bilingual applicants preferred but not required

  • Morning shift: 5:00 am to 10:00 am
Weekly Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekend availability as needed
