Job Description:

As a Front Desk Associate at D1, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the facility. Your duties include answering customer service questions, tracking entry and exit, and assisting with daily operations.

To succeed, you must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. You should be energetic, able to focus despite distractions, connect authentically with members, and maintain professionalism. Multitasking and schedule management skills are essential to meet daily objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete opening and closing checklists
  • Assist current and new members with inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to recruiters and management
  • Check clients into workouts and verify attendance
  • Ensure bathrooms are stocked and clean
  • Keep the fridge and shelves stocked with food and drinks
  • Maintain neat gear displays
  • Process ancillary purchases via MINDBODY
  • Perform daily social media tasks
  • Prepare the workout area for the next session
  • Inspect and tidy the turf and weight room
  • Vacuum the weight room
  • Restock the fridge, snacks, and gear shelves
  • Greet everyone entering the facility
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Manage appointments and schedule confirmations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
  • Check voicemails and forward messages appropriately
Job Details:

Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Bilingual preferred but not required

Weekly Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekend availability as needed
