Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a Front Desk role at the Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites in Grapevine, TX. You will manage guest check-ins/outs, mentor front desk staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, hospitality or leadership background, and are comfortable using hotel software. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts.

What You Will Do

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and just the right amount of charm.
• Support and train new front desk team members—you’re the friendly coach they’ll thank later.
