Job summary

European Wax Center Fairfax is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment. You’ll greet guests, help them choose services and products, and contribute to sales through packages and rebook opportunities.

How to Maximize Your Pay:

Our Guest Sales Associates have the opportunity to earn up to $25+/hr by:

• Excelling in wax pass sales and rebooking – Earn commissions on packages and rebook bonuses!
• Participating in bonus contests that reward top performers
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience, which encourages repeat visits and sales
• Being proactive in learning and applying sales techniques that increase earning potential
