Job summary

European Wax Center in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Customer Service Associate who loves helping guests look and feel gorgeous. You will educate guests on waxing benefits, guide them through our wax packages, and manage appointment flow in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll need a upbeat attitude, enjoy a fun team, and be available for nights and weekends. We offer hourly pay with a generous bonus plan, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including 401k and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to educate guests on waxing benefits and packages.
• Experience handling scheduling and guest flow in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and a love for helping guests feel confident.
