Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, sales-oriented individual with a passion for influencing first-time riders. This is a full-time, entry-level role offering a competitive hourly rate with commission incentives based on experience and performance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Meet studio sales, membership renewal, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach and lead generation.
• Build lasting relationships with members and prospects, embodying hospitality and community spirit.
• Drive revenue through memberships and retail sales.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, community events, and studio promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Assist in securing new members and retaining existing ones, including converting non-membership users.

Requirements
