Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable 2nd Shift Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service during the afternoon and evening hours. You will be the face of the hotel, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first attitude

Manage reservations via phone, online booking systems, and walk-ins

Handle payment transactions, process charges, and balance cash drawers

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

Monitor lobby and entrance areas for cleanliness and guest needs

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures

Assist with administrative tasks and reports as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Basic computer skills and familiarity with front desk software Fosse

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasionally cover other shifts
