Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly first impression for club guests and members. You will check in members, promote services, and support daily operations while delivering a welcoming, on-brand experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling memberships and products, addressing billing questions, and maintaining an organized front desk environment. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and promote services to members.
• Energetic, organized and positive with a strong team mindset.

The Front Desk Associate is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do

• Welcome and check in all members and guests
• Sell memberships smoothies supplements and personal training
• Answer questions resolve billing issues and track front desk activity
• Keep the front desk area clean stocked and on-brand
• Support day-to-day operations and team communication
• Create a fun professional and helpful experience for everyone

What We Are Looking For

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members
• Organized energetic and positive attitude
• Available to work early mornings evenings and weekends
