Job summary

Talentify is seeking a friendly Front Desk associate to welcome members and guests, process check-ins, and promote club services. You will help create a positive first impression and support daily operations in a fast-paced fitness club.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, enjoy upselling, and bring energy, organization, and a positive attitude. Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Front Desk is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do

• Welcome and check in all members and guests
• Sell memberships smoothies supplements and personal training
• Answer questions resolve billing issues and track front desk activity
