Retro Fitness in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members, check in guests, and promote gym services. You will be the first face members see and help create a welcoming, on-brand experience.

You will handle inquiries, process memberships, upsell products and training, maintain a clean front desk, and support daily operations. A positive attitude, organization, and reliability are essential; flexible hours include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer service preferred.

The Front Desk is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do

• Welcome and check in all members and guests
• Sell memberships smoothies supplements and personal training
