Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Services:Welcome guests with a warm smile, handle room reservations, and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Key Issuance:Provide room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, and other necessary items to guests.
• Information Hub:Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local entertainment, shopping, business, and travel options.
• Security & Confidentiality:Ensure the confidentiality, security, and safety of our guests at all times.
• Transportation Arrangements:Coordinate transportation for guests as needed.
• Billing & Payments:Compute bills, post charges, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Front Desk & Lobby Maintenance:Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and neat.
• Professional Appearance:Wear a uniform and nametag up to property standards at all times.
• Additional Duties:Perform other tasks as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Age:Must be 18 years or older.
• Technical Skills:Strong computer skills with the ability to learn hotel property management systems quickly.
• Communication:Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and management.
• MS Office Proficiency:Working knowledge of MS Office is required; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Multi-tasking:Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume work setting with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Dependability:Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
