Job summary

Massage Envy Rogers is seeking a Front Desk Associate to drive membership sales and deliver a warm, professional client experience. You will greet clients, explain services and membership options, manage appointments and payments, and support daily clinic operations in a wellness-focused environment.

Part-time or full-time shifts offered with a base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, along with employee discounts and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a commission-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness setting is a plus (but not required).
