Massage Envy in Minneapolis is hiring a Front Desk Associate – Membership Sales to welcome clients, explain services and memberships, and manage day-to-day front desk tasks.

This part-time or full-time role offers base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, wellness discounts, and opportunities for growth into leadership or sales training roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a commission-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness setting is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities
