Front Desk Associate – PureGym US

Job Overview

This role is called a Mood Lifter, but until that term becomes common, we use the title Front Desk Associate. Mood Lifters greet members with smiles, enthusiasm, and know everyone by name. They open doors, adjust TV channels, and go above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Tour potential members around the club with the goal of enrolling them
• Sign members up for startup sessions with Blink Personal Trainers
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
• Execute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure smooth club operations
• Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Participate in maintaining club cleanliness, including bending, lifting, and organizing equipment
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
