Job summary

Aperture Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Gulf Breeze property. You will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations while delivering a welcoming, professional experience.

The role requires strong communication, computer literacy, and cash handling. You will work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, participate in training, and contribute to guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Associate responsibilities include all aspects of Guest Relations including the check-in/out process, handling all inquiries, making or modifying reservations, recommendations for things to do and places to eat plus anything else that can improve the guests stay. You will also be required to occasionally clean or assist other departments as needed. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

This position will be for first (7am - 3pm) & second shift (3pm - 11pm).

Education, Experience, Other Requirements:

Preferred

• Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field
• Experience with hotel operation systems
