POSITION SUMMARY: Here at Nemacolin, our associates know to “Expect the Unexpected” – You have come across a career opportunity where entertainment and excitement are the job description. This position must be committed to making every experience memorable all while having fun and relishing the incredible atmosphere of the resort.

Nemacolin is seeking efficient, courteous, and professional individuals to provide excellent customer service by transferring all incoming calls to the appropriate extensions. The Guest Service Agent will handle information requests, morning wake-up calls, and answer questions about facilities and activities, including directions.

Essential Functions

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously using proper etiquette.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Complete morning wake-up calls and handle information requests via phone inquiries.
• Answer general reservation questions.
• Provide information about resort outlets, activities, and directions.
• Direct guest needs to the appropriate departments.
• Screen outgoing calls from the switchboard.
• Maintain accurate guest messages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
