Are you someone who enjoys helping others and creating memorable experiences? As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in shaping their entire stay. This is more than just a desk job - it’s your opportunity to be part of a warm, welcoming team that makes people feel right at home.
Greet guests with a smile and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Provide helpful information about the hotel, local dining, and attractions
Quickly and professionally resolve guest questions and concerns
Manage cash and credit card transactions
Support additional duties as needed, such as shuttle driving or concierge services
Keep common areas (lobby, front drive, etc.) clean and sanitized
Assist guests with business services like faxing, copying, and package handling
Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness standards
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods
Comfortable using computers and hotel software
Strong communication skills in English
Flexibility in scheduling (including weekends & holidays)
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Be a valued part of a friendly and supportive team
