Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with one year of relevant experience. Experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of UT internal accounting systems: DEFINE, FRMS, Point Plus

Salary Range

$45,000 + depending on qualifications

Employment Eligibility

Retirement Plan Eligibility

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
