Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our front desk, guiding families through enrollment and answering inquiries. You will engage with prospective and current members daily, handling sales calls and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, basic computer skills, and a willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required through Goldfish Swim School.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable learning new software and systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members with a positive, confident approach.
• Guide families through the student registration process using effective sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, with a solution driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and lobby area.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Required to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School.
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
