Scenthound Fort Worth Westcliff, TX is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to be the first contact for customers, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional experience. This role offers growth into leadership as we expand nationwide.

The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, and eager to develop into management, with weekends required for potential advancement to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions.

• Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
• Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus.

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. We believe in career development, and top performers in this role will have the opportunity to advance into management as we continue to expand. This role can quickly move to Assistant manager - weekends required.
