What will you be doing?

The Front Desk Agent provides exceptional customer service, manages guest check-ins and room assignments, processes payments accurately, and addresses guest inquiries. You will also submit housekeeping and maintenance requests as needed, while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. This role prioritizes delivering prompt, courteous service to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Agent responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Check guests in and out efficiently

• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services

• Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements

• Manage phone calls and reservations effectively

• Process payments and maintain guest accounts

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a front desk role required
• Bilingual with Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality/hotel industry
• Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
