What will you be doing?

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team and support the maintenance and visual appeal of our resort. This role involves painting interior and exterior surfaces while ensuring a high standard of workmanship and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, efficiency, and a commitment to enhancing our property for guests and owners.

Responsibilities

Painter responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing work areas prior to painting projects

• Applying finishes such as primers, sealers, and topcoats to various surfaces

• Cleaning, taping, and protecting surrounding areas of job sites

• Removing existing paint or coatings as necessary

• Mixing paints or oils to achieve specified colors and consistencies

• Transporting materials and tools around job sites as assigned

• Performing cleanup duties and maintaining a tidy work area

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures

• Familiarity with safety guidelines and ability to read labels and warnings

• Prior painting experience preferred

• Proficiency with painting tools and equipment is a plus

• Capacity to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
