Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a motivated, positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote guest hospitality at all times.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction consistently.
  • Manage pre-registration and room assignments.
  • Verify check-outs and ensure accuracy of all folios and room changes.
  • Pass relevant information to the next shift.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and programs affecting guests.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and proper uniform.
  • Notify management of VIP guests or special attention requirements.
  • Perform all reasonable requests from management.
Qualifications and Skills
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, and reservations systems.
  • Proficiency with hotel software and reservation systems.
  • Understanding of hotel safety standards.
Functional Skills
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Cash handling and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and change management abilities.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent hospitality and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.

Additional Information
