Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hampton Inn hotel located in Sikeston, MO. This position is responsible for greeting, checking in/out guests, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

This role requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Open availability is essential.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests. Issuing room keys and providing directions.
  • Sorting incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  • Answering inquiries regarding hotel services, reservations, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Maintaining records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Computing bills, collecting payments, and making change for guests.
  • Making, confirming, and canceling reservations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
