Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hampton Inn hotel located in Sikeston, MO. This position will be responsible for arriving, departing, and in-house guests as well as handling telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.

This position requires working days, evenings, and sometimes on weekends. Open availability is a must.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Issue room keys and provide directions.
  2. Sort incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  3. Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  4. Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
  5. Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
  6. Make, confirm, and cancel reservations.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  2. Experience in a customer service industry is required.
