Responsibilities include handling check-ins/outs, answering inquiries, assisting with reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records while collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
