Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Front Desk Agent (Part Time) at the Marriott Champions Circle property in Fort Worth. You will warmly greet guests, assist with check-in and room assignments, answer questions about services, and direct guests to dining and activities.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask, with experience using property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
• Post charges, process payments, and make change.
• Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods, light lifting up to 40 pounds.

Work Conditions:

• Indoor environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
