Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Florida, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and cash handling skills, with prior PMS experience preferred. This is a full-time position offering a starting wage of $20 per hour plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Front Desk/Hotel/Resort experience preferred.
• PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, room changes, upgrades, and guest requests accurately.
• Answer inquiries regarding resort amenities, dining, recreation, and local attractions.
