Holiday Inn Express in Bloomsburg, PA, is seeking an upbeat part-time Front Desk Agent to join its dynamic team! Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills and enjoys working with people.

  • Part-Time, 2nd Shift

Job Summary:

  • Process guest reservations and changes, including collecting payment
  • Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
  • Maintain all safety and privacy protocols
  • Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed
  • Assist other team members in various assignments
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some weekend and holidays required
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Proficient with standard Windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, phones, etc.
  • Organization and time management skills are required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
