Job Details
  • Part-Time, 2nd Shift
Job Responsibilities
  • Process guest reservations and changes, including collecting payments
  • Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
  • Maintain all safety and privacy protocols
  • Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed
  • Assist other team members in various assignments
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Sound judgment and discretion; ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Windows-based programs like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, printers, and phones
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities
