Job summary

Amicalola Falls Lodge is seeking a Guest Service Rep to act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming check-in and check-out experience at the Dawsonville, GA front desk. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
• Provide detailed information about park facilities, activities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Manage phone and email inquiries, responding promptly to reservation requests and general questions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions using the park’s management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality standards before guest arrival.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
• Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory management related to front desk operations.
