Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Desk Agent for the Courtyard/Residence Inn Poplar Creek complex in Brookfield, WI. You will greet guests, register arrivals, and assist with check-out while ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include handling payments, upselling services, and providing local information with a friendly, professional approach. Marriott-brand experience is a plus and flexibility to cover various shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Front Desk experience in hotel or high-volume customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use the POS system.
• Flexible scheduling including days, evenings and weekends.
• Marriott brand experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and handle check-in.
• Assist guests with check-out and payment processing.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Provide information on hotel services and local area.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy.
• Resolve guest questions and issues promptly and courteously.
