Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Front Desk Agent at the Renaissance Westerville Hotel. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, and deliver friendly service from arrival to departure.

We seek energetic team players with strong communication skills who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positions include both part-time and full-time roles with starting pay at $16/hour. Benefits include training, opportunities for advancement, and discounted room rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Representative at Concord Hospitality, you will be at the hub of guest interaction, creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
