Courtyard Washington DC/ Dupont Circle is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and provide local recommendations. You will be the first face guests meet, helping create a welcoming and memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred, but willing to train the right customer-service professional.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning hotel systems and technology.
• Flexible availability, including days, weekends, and holidays.
