Slackline Moab, part of the Outset Collection by Hilton, seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage reservations with enthusiasm. You will handle guest information, keys, and inquiries to create a memorable stay, while contributing to a collaborative TEAM environment.

We value strong communication, familiarity with hotel software, and a willingness to train for growth within a hospitality-focused career path. Full-time, onsite roles with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train.
• Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office and hotel systems like OnQ and Opera.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with fluent English; Spanish helpful.
• Willing to work flexible days, weekends and holidays to support a guest-focused team.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
