Job summary

Outrigger Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Associate to assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries and handle front desk duties. You will manage registrations, phone calls, mail distribution, and basic transactions while delivering the high standard of aloha described in our policies.

The role requires flexibility in days and shifts and a strong service mindset to work well with a team across multiple properties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle registration, phone calls, mail distribution.
