General Hotels Corporation has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at our hotel. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that guests' stays are comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Greeting guests upon arrival
  2. Checking guests in and out
  3. Answering phone calls and emails
  4. Assisting guests with questions or concerns
  5. Maintaining accurate guest records and room assignments
  6. Handling cash and credit transactions
  7. Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  8. Keeping the front desk area clean and organized
