Overview:

The Front Office Agent provides attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests during check-in, their stay, and checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering guest inquiries about restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
  • Following all cash handling and credit policies.
  • Being familiar with rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups.
  • Handling reservations, check-ins, checkouts, and guest requests professionally.
  • Using proper radio etiquette and operating relevant front desk systems.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area and assisting with guest safes.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to handle problems effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Additional duties include performing shift tasks, balancing paperwork, and supporting team efforts to ensure guest satisfaction.
