An established outdoor adventure destination is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and provide exceptional service. This role involves learning reservation systems, understanding lodging options, and handling guest inquiries. Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
Pay: $15.25 per hour
Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
Seasonal: This position is available from Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the welcoming face our guests see upon arrival. We seek warm, friendly individuals enthusiastic about guest service, who can stay informed about resort details, resolve issues proactively, and ensure guest satisfaction.
