J ob Summary:

This role is set to begin on June 1st for the summer season which ends in mid October.As a Front Desk Agent, you will play an integral role in creating distinct and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assisting them with check-in and check-out processes to ensure they feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, you will provide information about hotel services and amenities, promoting the unique offerings of our property. • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, maintaining a personal and welcoming spirit, regardless of the time of day or workload.

• Take the initiative to resolve guest complaints, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
• Share personal passions and knowledge of hotel services and amenities to help guests feel at home.

Wage Information:The hourly wage for this position is starting at $20.00. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience
