Asher Adams, An Autograph Collection Hotel in Salt Lake City is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and support seamless stays. You will handle check-ins/outs, provide local guidance, and ensure guests feel cared for through proactive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.
