Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Server for Asher Adams in Salt Lake City. You will deliver world‑class dining experiences, greet guests, guide menu choices, take orders, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality service flow in a fast‑paced setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a guest‑centric approach. Weekend and holiday availability are valued in this dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
