Duties and Expectations
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.

  • Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.

  • Check-in/Out Efficiency: Ensure timely processing and follow-up with guests.
  • Rate Schedule: Know current room rates and promotions.
  • Incoming Mail: Manage mail as per shift checklist.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.

  • Arrive and clock in/out on time, take scheduled breaks, notify absences properly.
Physical and Environmental Demands

Must be able to stand for long periods, operate computers, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a moderate noise environment.
