As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will create a positive impression that sets the tone for a memorable stay. Responsibilities

• Registering Guests.
• Assigning rooms.
• Taking payments.
• Accommodating special requests.
• Ensuring the Guests have a pleasant stay and smooth check-in/check-out.

Tasks

• Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
• Possesses a solid knowledge of the property management system.
• Make same-day and future guest reservations. Understand and follow cancellation procedures.
• Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately.
• Familiarity with room types, hotel information, possess sales skills to sell accordingly.
• Resolves guests’ complaints in prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensures customer privacy is protected.
• Document incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately.
• Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality Industry
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Basic computer skills/computer proficiency

Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
