SUPERVISED BY: Front Office Manager
POSITION TYPE: Full Time Seasonal
WAGE RANGE: $17.50/hr
Perform sales and customer service related to guest registration, processing reservations, and revenue collections to ensure guests receive a secure and welcoming stay. Applicants should be 18 years or older.
Work up to 10-hour days, mostly standing, with use of hands for typing and manipulation. Visual, speech, hearing, and touch skills are required. Some lifting of skis and luggage may be necessary. Work is at the Selkirk Lodge/White Pine front desk and reservations departments.
Assist with guest reservations, group functions, baggage handling, housekeeping, and office upkeep as needed.
Skills: Basic computer and math skills, good judgment in public interactions.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; computer literate.
Experience: Two years in customer service; hotel experience preferred.
License Needed: None
